What happens after I submit my order?

How do you ship orders?
We use FedEx next day delivery to ship all orders.
Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
Yes, we require an adult signature for all orders. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the order to you. If nobody is at home and nobody can sign for the order then you will have to go to your local FedEx office and receive your order there.
Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
Do you deliver to my state?

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally. Currently we can ship only to the US based addresses.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or approved by the physician. After the order was shipped we cannot cancel it. Please refer to our Cancelation Policy in the Terms and Conditions section of the order form.
What is your returns policy?
